Our story
Since May 2025 there has been a little piece of Italy in Partwitz – Il Cavallo! Here you should not feel like a guest, but like you are among friends. With lots of warmth, good food and a view of the horses, we create a place where you can simply unwind.
Whether a romantic evening, a family brunch or simply a craving for pizza – every visit becomes a lovely memory.

Celebrate, enjoy, relax: whether joyful or quiet, we look after you with sensitivity and hospitality. A lovely setting, good food and people who listen – that is our promise. We take care of decoration, menu and atmosphere – you simply enjoy the moment.
With our catering, Il Cavallo also comes to you: for company events or private parties, with chefs and service staff, as a buffet or served at the table, including decoration and equipment. Give us a call – we will be happy to plan with you.
Stay with us
Our guesthouse is part of the “Partwitzer Hof” riding stables, in the heart of the Lusatian Lake District and right next to Lake Partwitz – for a swim, some water sports and trips by bike or on inline skates along well-built paths. Wake up to wide fields and the horses right outside the door. Four cosy rooms for two to four people, breakfast in the restaurant, parking by the house – and in one room your dog is welcome too.
